majoring in journalism. I served as editor of the student daily. I have
seventeen years of experience in the newspaper industry and am currently
editor of the Coal City Courant and The Braidwood Journal.
I serve as
the secretary of the Grundy Community Volunteer Hospice and secretary
and founding member of the Beth Ann Miller Health Foundation. I am the
former president of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce and a former
member of the Illinois Association of FHA-HERO (FACIA) board of
directors and foundation.
